LBSIM Admission Process/Selection Criteria
At present, LBSIM offers full-time and part-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program and Master of Computer Application (MCA). With Guru Gobind, Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) MCA program is affiliated.
- In Offline and online process, Application form could be submitted. Applicants are required to fill out the separate application form for each course.
- Those candidates who have passed Graduation program in any self-discipline with minimum 50% total marks are eligible to apply for PGDM admission.
- Applicants with Bachelor’s Degree in any stream and have analyzed Arithmetic at 10+2 level are considered eligible for MCA program.
- Admission to PGDM system is given according to candidate’s CAT/ GMAT ranking such as their efficiency in Group Discussion, Written Analysis Test, and Personal Interview.
Selection Procedure
Candidates are short-listed according to CAT/ GMAT ratings, prior academic performance, work experience, and other information disclosed in the Application form. Only shortlisted candidates will be known as for Group Discussion, Extempore, Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview, which will be held during February and March 2018.
The percentile for final choice will be 60% for CAT/GMAT ranking and 40% for Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview, past academic performance, written ability test and work experience.

About Management Quota Seats
You need to take CAT or GMAT to get admission in LBSIM and then fill up the type of the same. IF CAT/GMAT you took isn’t sufficient, you could go for Company Sponsored Category. Here students can get direct admission in these courses that have scored good marks in Graduation. You can get admission without entrance exam by paying donations to that particular college.
About the College/Placement
LBSIM Placements
The placement on the campus is good. Most of the students get placed on the campus. The business-like Indus Valley, Naggaro, and many more visits the campus. The maximum salary package was provided by Indus Valley. The roles like software developer and testing were provided to the students. The maximum salary package is around 7 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure
All the features provided by the colleges are too excellent. The classes are perfect, and the library and staff are beneficial. There are two laboratories in the college, and one is Bloomberg lab. The cafeteria is too amazing, and the quality of the food is great. The gym and sports room can be found in a cafeteria. Overall, the infrastructure is good.

MBA Exams for LBSIM
For getting admission to the college, the applicant must be a graduate student from any recognized university and should have joined the CAT exam. Admission is done on the merit basis of CAT‘s ratings, followed by an interview.
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis according to the CAT or GMAT marks, academic performance, and other details. Only the shortlisted candidates will be intimated for Group discussions, Extempore, Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview. The candidates who will make the grade in the GD and PI will be eligible for admission to the PGDM course.
